Biography
Andres "Andy" Soto is a partner in the litigation section of Mills Shirley LLP. He represents clients in commercial, construction, maritime, insurance defense, and civil disputes. Andy's practice includes both trial and appellate work, with a particular focus on interstate and international transportation and maritime law. He is based in Houston and Galveston and advises a range of businesses, owners, and insurers.
